Privacy Notice
Draft for the Agmt private beta · Last updated 23 August 2026
This notice explains what information Agmt collects, where it goes, and what happens to it. It is written in plain language on purpose.
1. Information you give us through the beta form
- Your work email address — required, used only to contact you about the Agmt beta.
- Your primary document types and what you would like Agmt to catch — optional, used to plan the beta.
Submissions are stored securely by Agmt and are not sold, shared or used for any other purpose. You can ask us to delete your details at any time via the contact address below.
2. Information processed when you use Agmt during the beta
- Documents and mandate content. To review an agreement, Agmt's server processes the document text and your instructions. Document content is sent from Word to the Agmt service over encrypted connections.
- Model providers. Review and drafting features route through OpenRouter to the AI provider configured for the deployment. What those providers retain is governed by their own terms; we will document the configuration used for the beta before it starts.
- Service records. The service keeps records of review runs, findings, decisions you accept or reject, and matter/document metadata, so that versions, prior decisions and house positions carry across rounds of a matter.
- Shared reports. Review reports can be shared as read-only links. Anyone with such a link can view that report; links are unlisted, not public.
3. Retention and deletion
Beta records are kept while the beta programme runs. You may request deletion of your form details or a matter's stored records at any time using the contact below; we will confirm deletion.
4. Security and access
Access to stored submissions and service records is limited to the Agmt team. We use transport encryption throughout and apply least-privilege access to storage. No security certification is claimed at this stage.
5. Analytics and logs
The website does not run advertising trackers. Basic server logs are kept briefly for reliability and abuse prevention.
6. Your rights and contact
To access, correct or delete your information, or with any privacy question, contact founder@agmt.app. If you are in a jurisdiction with statutory data-protection rights (such as India's DPDP Act or the EU GDPR), we will work with you to honour them for the data we hold.
